Chef's Hat is a hospitality supply store in South Melbourne. When I was working in-house as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, I was in charge of updating their website.
Enhancing their website contained a few tasks: an overhaul of their database management and enhance the look and feel of the website. The database management included collating and updating all product information, restructuring the website categories and adding new images. I worked with WebNinja to update the website, who was in charge of the website developing and launch. Ongoing, the website management also included compiling market research, monitoring Chef’s Hat’s website and social media analytics as well as coordinating social media strategies and content and designing advertisements, including email marketing, printed material and all in-house articles.
They have updated their logo and therefore their website.
