Design Process - Annual Report

One of my favourite clients is Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group (MWRRG). For the 2018-19 annual report they really let me take full creative control of the look and feel of the document.

We decided to highlight the great aspects of living in the community that is metropolitan Melbourne. I created a cover illustration with different features that make Melbourne life unique.

I then went on to use the cover illustrations throughout the document, in the infographics as well as to highlight specific work. We also used the illustrations in the LinkedIn posts to highlight accomplishments. It created a cohesive and dynamic design, different from anything MWRRG or I have done.

Stakeholders and the MWRRG team all had positive feedback and it really stuck out compared to the usual generic, corporate annual reports that most organisations put out.
